Esteban Linarez M.D.

Dr. Linarez was born and raised in Chicago’s southwest side, in a community known as Little Village. He attended St. Joseph’s high school in Westchester, IL after his parents moved to Berwyn. Dr. Linarez attended Loyola University in Chicago and since than has always wanted to pursue a career in medicine.
Dr. Linarez remained local and attended Rush University Medical School in Chicago. He continued his residency training through Northwestern University at Evanston Northwestern Hospital in Evanston, IL. He practiced Internal Medicine at Evanston Northwestern Hospital and Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview for two years after residency. It was during his residency that Dr. Linarez became interested in the field of Sleep Medicine. After pursuing his interests in this field, he was offered a fellowship in one the country’s and one of the world’s most prestigious hospitals at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH. After completing his fellowship in Ohio, he returned to the Chicagoland area and became devoted to the practice Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Esteban Linarez is double boarded and certified in Sleep Medicine by the American Board of Sleep Medicine and Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He remains active in the community and enjoys giving presentations on topics related to sleep disorders & attending meetings in our community hospitals.
Dr. Linarez is very knowledgeable about the resources available in Oak Park and our surrounding communities. When he is not working, he enjoys going to the movies, spending time outdoors, exercising and spending time with family & friends. Dr. Linarez lives in the community with his wife and their four young children. Dr. Linarez and his staff are very excited to serve & offer their medical expertise to our local communities (Oak Park, River Forest, Austin, Forest Park, Elmwood Park, Berwyn, Cicero, Melrose Park) and the Chicagoland area. We are just 15 minutes away from downtown Chicago. We look forward to helping you sleep!
Casandra Lenos
Board-certified Physician Assistant/Associate
Cassandra Lenos is a board-certified Physician Assistant/Associate and dog lover and considers herself a professional student. She enjoys traveling, reading, learning new things, trying all the new great Chicago-land restaurants, and can be found boating around Lake Michigan during the summer.
She is especially close to her younger brother, who has autism and has had a very difficult time sleeping most of his life. This aspect of his life has impacted her family and increased her desire to learn about sleep medicine and help others sleep well.
She ultimately finds it very rewarding to help people sleep better and, in return, feel better. She has greater than 3 years of experience in sleep medicine now with Dr. Linarez and loves being a part of his team!
